The APEC CEO Summit is an annual event that brings global CEOs, entrepreneurs, thought leaders and other stakeholders together with the most senior political leaders from the Asia-Pacific. This year’s Summit program focus of ‘Creating Economic Opportunity’, will feature a lineup of dynamic and diverse speakers who will highlight the potential of collaboration and fresh thinking to build the future through a focus on sustainability, inclusion, resilience, and innovation. The accompanying Summit exhibition will showcase pioneering solutions and technologies that can help drive equitable growth.

The Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum is an inter-governmental forum which brings together 21 economies from around the Asia-Pacific to collaborate on the shared goal of creating a more open, resilient, sustainable, and peaceful future for the people of the world’s most dynamic region. We have invited leaders from Australia, Canada, Chile, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, People’s Republic of China, Peru, Republic of Korea, The Republic of the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, United States of America, and Vietnam.

The APEC CEO Summit has secured room blocks at favorable rate at one of the four official Summit hotels.

A citizen of a foreign country who seeks to enter the United States generally must first obtain a U.S. visa. Certain international travelers may be eligible to travel to the United States without a visa if they meet the requirements for visa-free travel. Please visit the U.S. Visa page at Travel.State.Gov for more details. Wait times may take several weeks, delegates requiring a U.S. visa should begin the process as soon as possible.  Registered delegates can request a visa invitation letter from the Summit organizers within the registration system.

Business events will follow all government guidelines in relation to COVID-19. There are currently no restrictions or testing requirements for entry into the United States. Delegate Registrant: $4,000 USD

Includes access to Plenary Hall, Fireside Chat, and High Level Dialogue sessions of the APEC CEO Summit 2023 program. Includes access to both receptions and general lunches and exhibition area.

Staffer Registrant*: $2,000 USD

Includes access to a Viewing Room to virtually participate in the APEC CEO Summit 2023 program. Includes access to both receptions and general lunches and exhibition area.

Accompanying Person Registrant*: $500 USD

Unfortunately, we do not sell day passes to the CEO Summit. You must register as a full delegate or a staffer.

If you requested a refund by September 15th, you will receive a full refund. If you request a refund between September 16th – October 1st, you will receive a partial refund of 50%. There will be no refunds after October 1st.

All registration check in and badge pick ups will be located at the InterContinental Hotel on the first floor in the lobby.  

Delegates should bring a photo ID/passport and the QR code received via email after registering.  The QR code will also appear on the Summit App once it is downloaded.

No, the Moscone Center West will not be open to the public and you will only be able to enter if you have your CEO Summit badge.
